gatsby chapter 6

in this chapter a reporter comes to gatsbeys house and askes him if he has anything to say on anything . he doesnt have a specific question latter on in the chapter it explanes how he really didnt come from a rich family but that he was a young boy who ran into a rich man that took him under his wing. it showed what greed can do to a person when the rich mans wife killed him.
